These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and gc777 ("gc777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gc777 online casino and sports betting platform available at gc777.cam.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

gc777 is an English-language platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. However, gc777 does not claim to hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. gc777 operates under an international licensing framework. The existence of an international licence does not constitute authorisation to offer gambling services in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, welcome, reload or other discretionary credit applied to your Account subject to promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process required to confirm your identity, age and address prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the gc777 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated products and services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features available within your Account settings.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by gc777 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or proxy for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

One Account Policy: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gc777 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate Accounts and to apply any applicable bonus-abuse adjustments.

KYC Documents: gc777 may request the following documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, and will require it before processing any withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g. CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. bank statement, mobile wallet screenshot)
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by gc777 support may result in Account restriction until documentation is received and verified.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must take reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Specifically:

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Log out of your Account when accessing the Platform on a shared or public device.
• Notify gc777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

gc777 will never contact you by email, live chat, phone or any other channel to request your password, full card number or other sensitive security credential. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

gc777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your Account credentials, subject to our obligations under applicable data protection law.

All Account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. gc777 does not currently charge deposit fees, but payment providers — including mobile wallets and banks — may apply their own transaction fees and limits independently of the Platform.

gc777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering or another regulatory concern is suspected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product.

• Bets accepted by the Platform are final and binding, subject to settlement rules and the provisions below.
• gc777 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error is identified, where the integrity of a market is in doubt, or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the point at which the bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at acceptance are the odds that apply to settlement.
• For cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series — specific settlement rules apply to rain interruptions, match abandonment, DLS adjustments and player availability changes. Please review the applicable sport rules in the Platform help centre.
• Live betting markets are settled on the final result of the relevant event unless otherwise stated. Settlements are based on official results from recognised governing bodies.
• Winnings from successfully settled bets will be credited to your Account Balance as real-money funds.

gc777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified per offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry window.
• gc777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is cancelled after a user has partially completed wagering requirements, gc777 will determine a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, arbitrage or systematic exploitation of identified errors — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
• Only one active welcome bonus per new Account is permitted. Existing promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

gc777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your activity on the Platform. We strongly encourage all users to make use of these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are prepared to sustain in a given period before your Account is automatically paused for further betting activity.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and hard session-end controls to prevent extended unplanned play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net balance movement.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary self-exclusion period (24 hours up to 6 months) during which your Account will be suspended from all gambling activity.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account for gambling purposes. This cannot be reversed. Contact our support team to activate permanent self-exclusion.

gc777 does not actively market to users who are subject to a self-exclusion or cool-off period. Where a user's behaviour indicates signs of problem gambling, our support team is trained to refer them to appropriate independent resources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a proxy.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or access the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing errors for systematic gain.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors (persons under 18 or the applicable higher minimum age).
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting Platform data without authorisation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations and interface design — is the property of gc777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. The gc777 name, logo and brand marks are proprietary and may not be used without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc777 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, errors or inaccuracies in Platform data or odds.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind, whether or not gc777 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits gc777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination by gc777: gc777 may, at its discretion, suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory obligation requiring account closure.
• Identification of multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation.
• Where continuing to provide services to you would expose gc777 to legal, reputational or regulatory risk.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraudulent conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing windows.

Termination by You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gc777 holds its operating licence, as communicated to users on request through account support. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to gc777 customer support for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable licence jurisdiction, details of which are available from our support team.

For Pakistani users: the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to your use of the Platform independently of these Terms. gc777 does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of governing these Terms, but this does not limit your rights under Pakistani consumer or civil law.

gc777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, gc777 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice before changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for regulatory, security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always accessible at gc777.cam/terms-conditions. We recommend you review the Terms periodically.
